I've reached out to the buyer to offer guidance, but also wanted to post this for future buyers... There are two options to display the skinnier, taller plant in the green shell. There are holes in both the top and bottom of the shell, and sometimes if the plant is on the bigger, taller side, it works better to flip the shell over and display it that way, so it's less top heavy. I appreciate the feedback and will add this info to the item description.

Custom and personalized orders
Yes! I do custom and specialized orders. If you want a larger quantity of an item then what I have listed in stock just message me with the quantities and date needed. I will give you a price quote and answer any questions you may have.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Most of my listings are packaged in pin-striped kraft gift boxes and tied with Jute string. If the individual listing your interested in does not state that it is packaged in this manner, please message me and I'd be happy to package it as a gift for you.
If you want to include a complimentary enclosure card, just let me know and what you'd like the card to say at check out (note to seller) and I'd be happy to include it for you as well.
How long will it take to receive my package?
Most of my packages are shipped within 1-3 business days. Custom or larger orders may take slightly longer to process. Once your package is shipped it will generally reach you within 1-3 business days if you choose priority and 2-5 days if you choose first class,
If you need this ASAP, please let me know and I'll do my best to get it out next day.
*Occasional delays with USPS can occur due to weather and other issues and unfortunately are out of my control.
My package arrived damaged! What can I do?
Although this rarely happens, even the most carefully packaged items can get damaged in transit. Please notify me within 72 hours of delivery with a clear picture of the damage that way I can help resolve the issue in a timely manner.
I just received my package but I'm not giving it as a gift for several days. Will it be okay?
If the box contains Air Plants, they will benefit from a little air circulation. Open the box immediately and remove the plant so it can get air and light until your ready to give it.
If your giving Marimo Moss balls, you just want to make sure it doesn't dry out. The Moss balls will arrive wet but it's advised to check it and re moisten if needed.
Can I return my item if I don't like it?
I will accept returns if the item is shipped back within a week of delivery. Buyer pays for return shipping. I will refund the amount of the purchase once I receive the item and it is in good condition.
I didn't receive my package! What do I do?
This is a rare occurrence but can happen. Once I ship your order what happens after that is out of my hands and in the hands of USPS. I strongly suggest always paying attention to your tracking once you get a confirmation your order has been shipped (tracking info is provided).
If your package tracking is marked as "Delivered" and you didn't receive the item then it is then your responsibility to contact your local Post Office. They can often help you and GPS coordinates may even be available to tell whether or not it was delivered to the correct location. You can also check with Neighbors. Mail theft is a crime and a Police report should be filed. It is important that you provide a correct address and a safe place for delivery.
